Bargenix AI — Technical overview

Bargenix is an on-site AI Sales Agent for Shopify. It converses with shoppers, answers product questions, handles objections, and can make negotiated offers inside guardrails defined by the merchant (minimum price, allowed discount ranges, variant-level rules). All negotiations respect margin protection settings.

Guardrails & Controls

Merchants explicitly configure where bargaining is allowed and define minimums and discount limits. The AI cannot go below those limits. Rules can be applied per product or variant, and adjusted at any time.

Data sources and integration

Bargenix integrates with Shopify to read product catalog and inventory data, and to create redeemable discount codes when needed. No custom theme edits are required for core functionality.

Privacy notes

Bargenix stores interaction and performance analytics to help merchants measure outcomes. Personal data is processed according to the published privacy policy.
